Eligibility Criteria of the Yousriya Loza-Sawiris Scholarship:
- Applicants from Egypt Country are only eligible for this USA scholarship.
- Applicants with 2 nationalities are not eligible.
- This is a master’s scholarship to obtain this scholarship you have to show your bachelor’s degree or equivalent education certificate.
- The Bachelor’s degree of the applicant must relate to will selected master’s degree field.
- The applicant must have a 50-credit academic master’s program in the past 2 years of education.
- Every applicant must have completed 8-10-week mid-program summer in accordance with the field of choice.
- The applicant must have enrolled in the development sector of Egypt in accordance with graduation which must be of 2 or more years.
- You must have an experience of 2 years in your selected field for a master’s degree.
- You must complete the entry requirement for the academic MDP program.
- If you are an applicant for liberal arts, mathematics, statistics, and economics then your chance of accommodation is more than others.
- English proficiency certificate is compulsory. Minimum scores must be 100 ( TOEFL internet-based, minimum 22 on every section), or 7 (IELTS, min of 7 for each section).
How to Apply
- The applicants have to apply through the online portal for this USA scholarship.
- Every applicant has to apply and their acceptance will be in the Masters of Development Practice (MDP) program at the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota, USA, independently from this fellowship.
- Applicants have to write a personal statement under the range of 1000 words. Which is also compulsory.
