Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, value-added servicing, and dispatch of stock items.
Manage stock control and reconcile with the ERP system.
Generate regular reports and statistics, including GRN, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.
Maintain documentation and accurate records of warehouse activities.
Keep stock control systems up to date and ensure accurate inventories, while planning for future capacity requirements.
Supervise daily warehouse activities, covering inventory control, space management, logistics, floor space productivity, and handling inbound and outbound shipments.
Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient deliveries both inbound and outbound.
Ensure hazardous materials are stored in accordance with safety requirements.
Manage the warehouse in compliance with company policies.
Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements and operations.
Maintain a clean and tidy working environment to enhance operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Salary Range: AED 4.5K to 5.5K
Experience Range: 2-3 years in warehousing
Nationality: Asian (Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, Bangladeshi) & Filipino
